聚丙烯(PP)内饰件在汽车中有广泛应用,但是PP表面在受硬物刮擦时容易产生划痕,这是有待解决的问题。介绍了PP表面刮擦行为与机理、PP刮擦行为的影响因素以及耐刮擦改性方法,对耐刮擦PP材料未来的发展方向进行了展望。
Polypropylene(PP) interiors are widely applied in automobile industry,while the surface of them is susceptible to scratch damage by hard objects.The behavior and mechanism of scratch on the surface for plastic,effect factors of scratch resistance of PP,and PP modifications for improved scratch resistance were summarized.And the development of research on scratch resistance of PP in the future was prospected.
